Please read these terms carefully before using Sulyse Verse.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Sulyse Verse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and registered poets.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sulyse Verse. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.
4. Content Ownership & License
You retain full copyright ownership of any original poetry or written work you publish on Sulyse Verse. By publishing content on the Platform, you grant Sulyse Verse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your work solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform. You may withdraw this license at any time by deleting your content or account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post content that is plagiarized, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that violates any applicable law. AI-generated content presented as original human-authored poetry is prohibited. Spamming, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the Platform is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.
6. Contest Participation
By submitting to a contest, you confirm the work is your own original creation and has not been simultaneously submitted elsewhere unless explicitly permitted. Entry fees, where applicable, are non-refundable. Judges' decisions are final. Winners grant Sulyse Verse the right to feature their winning poem in platform communications.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sulyse Verse is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform is currently in beta and features may change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sulyse Verse and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9a. Creator Monetization
During the beta and early launch phases, creator monetization is not available. Revenue generated through subscriptions supports platform development, maintenance, contest prizes, and future creator programs.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sulyse Verse is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
